Return & Cancellation

PRICING All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products and Services may change at Shaoour discretion. Registration on the website is free. Shaoour  does not charge any fee for browsing and buying. Shaoour may at its sole discretion introduce any new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered. Changes in context of the Fees and related policies shall automatically become effective immediately once implemented.   SHIPPING Once we receive the order, we dispatch your product(s) within 2 working days. You should receive the same within 4 to 7 days of dispatch. We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs 50 per order on all orders.   PAYMENT METHODS You can pay for your order using all major Indian bank Debit Cards, Indian Credit Cards and Internet Banking.   CANCELLATION AND RETURN  POLICY Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Any request for cancellation after dispatch will not be entertained. You can Return your product in the following cases only- ·   Damaged or Faulty Product(s) ·   Wrong Product(s) delivered which are not as per your order To book a return/exchange, please send us a mail at query@shaoour.com within ONE working day. Please attach any relevant pictures for the return reason. Please note that any return requests after ONE  business day of delivery will not be entertained. We do not accept any returns due to colour/shade difference. Colour difference happens due to screen brightness settings as well as your display quality and we will not accept any returns due to the same.   REFUNDS ON RETURNED ITEMS We provide refunds only for: ·    Damaged or Faulty Product(s) ·    Wrong Product(s) delivered which are not as per your order ·    Orders cancelled before dispatch Once an order is returned to us our team will contact you to process your refund. Please allow us up to 2 weeks from receiving your return order to process your refund. Prepaid orders paid via debit card, credit card or net banking or any other prepaid method using our payment gateway partner can be refunded back in the payment method used originally by you. The amount is normally credited back in your account within 8-12 working days depending on your bank/financial institution. For any order that were not delivered, refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you. Refunds will be processed only once we receive your return order and will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving your return order.   CANCELLATION OF ORDER Shaoour  reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation Shaoour is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed. However, we shall duly intimate the concerned person and the applicable refund will be made within 14 working days.
